SHaffhausen, Switzerland, September 4,2017- -Today te connectivity ltd., a global supplier of connectivity and sensors (te: tel), announced that it has officially completed its previously announced acquisition of Hessmann Automotive Communications Equipment (hcc).Hethmann Automotive Communications Equipment of Germany is one of the global suppliers of antenna technology, mainly committed to providing antenna technology to the field of automotive communication and connection.Based in Germany, hcc is based and operates across Europe, North America and Chinese markets."The acquisition of Hersman is a key move in our growth strategy that will help us further expand our portfolio to provide customers with truly end-to-end data connectivity solutions for increasingly interconnected and autonomous vehicles," said eric kueppers, global president of te Automotive Division.
